Broken cd drive

I have a MAC book and the cd player is borken it wont return the cds. it is still under waranty but I have been given the run around on the website as to were i can get the machine fixed. I live in dublin if there is any apple care centres of if anybody had a link or phone number to apple it would be greatly appreciated.…
