Looking at going over these countries and even surrounding places for a tour this summer. Can anyone recommend a place to give a list companies that do trips over here apart from trailfinders. I don't mind staying under the stars or shack.

I used Intrepid Travel (www.intrepidtravel.com) for short section of China trip before and found them really excellent. They have extensive tours in that part of the world and are OK price-wise. Only ever gone on 2 organised tours so haven't much to compare them to but success of these is usually more down to people you share tour with than anything, would only use tour if you want to see a lot in short time as makes it easier, other than that independent is way to go!
