Beaches in Hong Kong

Im off to Hong Kong for a week in July, Going there for 6 days, so want to spend 3 days in the city and 3 days at the beach. - Can anybody recommend hotels in the city centre, around €50 - €100 per night? - Can anybody recommend any beaches, and hotels on the beach in the same price range? Thanks.

not sure about hotels, but you'll find nice beaches in shek o, lantau, and macau (macau is a must to see their casinos, but also have nice beaches). it's been a while since i was there, so there may be new nicer beaches around
