Yes I am sure, besides from the fact that it was intimidation of a guy who, to be honest,has obvious mental issues it's also incitement to hatred and that is illegal and while never actualy touching him they used fear and intimidation to keep him there and perform actions that without their intervention he wouldn't do so thats unlawful restaint and unfortunatly there isn't a law against just being a chav cnut too because if there was it should warrent a death penality in cases like this

I don't see anything to suggest the guy had mental issues. You don't honestly believe that they deserve to be killed for their actions, do you?

In the last week there has been two cases in the UK where teens were prosecuted for murder and manslaughter. The first was a bunch of **** who were pissed up and decided to kick the living ****e out of a decent father who took issue with their anti social behaviour. The second was a chap who was filmed for happy slapping, and ended up with his life being taken form him.

I really don't see Ireland being too far away from similar tragedies as some of the cnuts that are allowed wander Dublin are pure moronic scum.

If I ever saw these clowns in action I fear for what I could end up doing as all I can envisage is pure rage.

regardless of wether the guy is gay, straight, retarded, intellectual, black white whatever, its a very disturbing video of a crime being comitted, and goes to show the absolutely disgraceful lack of respect that seems to be prevalent in englands youth, and to an extent our own in ireland. Were not that bad yet but we seem to be doing our damndest to catch up. Its the same kind of mentality displayed by the slack jawed troglodyte who pissed on a dying woman and shouted 'this is youtube material!'. I always thought youtube was a great site but when stuff like this is flagged hundreds of times without action yet a video of tom cruise being insane get removed in a heartbeat you have to wonder.

He obviously does have mental issues and yeah I do think they deserve to die for it, why wouldn't they? what purpose do they serve except to polute the gene pool and make life just that little bit harder for others, they're barely human and see others as nothing more than objects that are there to be abused for their entertainment. So murdering someone is ok, but slapping them to make them behave when they're young is not? Something's twisted the wrong way in your mind.

For the record, the guy looked and acted like he had some sort of brain injury, acquired or not.

The actions of those guys was despicable; giving them a good beating and sending a DVD recording of it to their parents would be just desserts. A national showing of it on one of their much-beloved music video channels so all their buds can see it and laugh at them would be excellent. Branding with a tattoo (they love tattoos, don't they?) that's always displayed would finish the job off, IMO.

I know two girls who have mild mental handicaps and would be easy targets for bullies. Both of them have already experienced a huge amount of bullying. The thought of something like that happening to them (which I imagine could quite easily) is just disturbing and upsetting. They are very vulnerable and innocent.

A bunch of unseen nasty thugs (who one might assume are tracksuit wearing chavvy types, but certain college jock types aren't above that kind of sh1t either) ganging up on and humiliating a middle-aged bloke who, to me, seems like one of those local "characters". The yobs know his name and keep shouting homophobic abuse at him and demanding he repeat really loudly everything they say ("come on, John. Shout out 'I love getting it up the bum' (or whatever) so everyone can hear you"). The man seems quite child-like. He keeps repeating "leave me alone, I just want to go home". And he is on the verge of tears at one point. Any time he refuses to do what they demand, they start to get menacing.

I think everyone is being a bit knee jerk towards these mislead youths. They can still serve a useful purpose to society, and to their community, despite their actions. I mean livestock need to be fed, and I for one don't much fancy getting BSE from them being fed their own brains. I'm not saying you won't get something else from being served chav brains, but it might be worth getting it. It would certainly put a big ol' smile on my face.
