Belfast Marathon

    Anyone from here running the Belfast Marathon on May 5th?

    I have just signed up for it.

    Not this year. Have done it in the past though.

    They change the course quite regularly but it is generally ok. Belfast is in a valley so be prepared for some rolling terrain !

    They are also run a marathon relay in tandem with the main marathon. My best piece of advice is to try and keep an even pace going through the relay changeovers.

    Hi Roadrunner,

    I ran last years marathon and really enjoyed it (but my legs didn't the day after).
    I thought it was well organised around the relay stations and there was no delays.

    I was wondering how everyones training is going as it is not too far away now.
