VideoSeven LCD power supply

    Hi all,

I bought a V7 30'' LCD (model LTV30C) just over 2 years ago. It worked perfectly until about 2 weeks ago when the power started to act funny. It started turning itself off to the point where no power was getting into the TV.

After checking all fuses and power cables i have come to the conclusion that it must be a fault with the power supply on the TV itself.

    Here's the problem:

I have contacted V7 and they agreed that it prob was a fault with the power supply as they have seen it before. But they and there service partners are now claiming that this is an obselete TV and they don't have replacement parts. They even suggest searching the web for the part (like i'd never have thought of that!!!).
The web search yielded no results of worthiness. Some TV's out there but only the full TV for the same money!!

Does anyone know where a power supply can be found for this TV or does anyone know of a fix to the problem?

    Thanks
    Peliroco
