    I need to do this urgently. Is this possible?

    The site is supposed to be up and running for the client tonight. Aaaaaaaahhhhh.

    Am on to them now. There saying it will be 24hrs. Would they not just need to change internal DNS? And setup account of course.

    your speaking to customer support department, they have to leave a note for support department which probably isn't a 24hr service...
