    Hi,

just wondering if any of you had ever got chip labels done up? Any recommendations (either online or offline?) Would only be looking to get roughly 1k done up just for home use.

    Cheers

I got persoalised chips done for my wedding, I'll find out where when I get home.

Only thing is, I'd say the lables would wear off if you used them a good bit. You might be better off getting them printed.

    hi Tony,

you can get them on www.casinoshop.ie -this is the online store for what used to be Special Days in Liffey valley which is where I got them - very simple process and they'll post them out to you within a day or two- if memory serves me correctly then you get something like 70 stickers per page at 1€ a page...:)

Well you know how people put wedding favours on the table such as chocolates..

I put personalised poker chips. On one side was both our names and the date and a picture, on the other side "We're goin all in".

    I know... I know... I'm a soft ass!!

I'm just amazed that you convinced the missus to let you do that. Well played :D

    Yep we do them.

I didn't have them on the site as it was always a sideline, but we now have the printing system in the office and can do them on the spot. Cost is just €1 for a sheet of 70 labels.

Details are now up on the site http://www.casinoshop.ie/shopexd.asp?id=238

or email me peter@casinoshop.ie with the requirements.

Anyone else got these?? Will the labels not come off with wear and tear etc?

I have seen on the web somewhere (cannot find it now - typical!) an item which helps to locate labels in the centre of the chip. Might be useful if you are doing a lot of them.

if you are going to spend a few quid on this I'd think it would be better to get them printed on the chips.

Buy a few extra sheets for spares?

Got denomiations and name etc printed on my chips before but the print has worn off. Not a problem for my regulars but can be for new players.

Labels won't wear off as they are laser printed onto a plastic label which has permanent adhesive. - Being used by most of the pub tournies around.

Easy enough to apply and can be removed easily in the first few minutes before adhesive takes effect.

I'm also waiting on word on a new label system that will provide a high security customisation for new 100% clay chips (similar to Paulson) we have coming in.

I'm betting married next year, I really like the idea of giving chips out as favourites
