Just a quickie, does anyone know the 'etiquette' in relation to having a wedding abroad and the bridesmaids/groomsmen? Should the couple contribute anything to their travel costs/hotel or is it up to the bridesmaids/groomsmen to fund the whole thing themselves?

Pretty sure the couple would be expected to at least contribute towards their costs.

And if they won't? (I'm not part of this couple I hasten to add!)
