Just wondering if this would be a good idea?

    This is to confirm that:

To my knowledge this car was never crashed. - edit "While I owned this car I confirm it was never crashed"
    Was never in a flood

etc ......... anyone any ideas what to add ?

Good idea but they might be reluctant as they cannot vouch for previous owners.

People do similar things for houses all the time (normally by making a statutory declaration). In the current market for a car it may very well work.

Interesting idea. Part of the title of the car could be the various declarations of previous owners.

Im looking at a car tomorrow and Im nervous as hell to be honest.
It in Limerick and I dont know a garage to check it even.

I think a declaration as you have called it would put off a chancer and if they didnt sign I wouldn’t mind as Id be walking.

Anyone want to add to the list ........

(I will www.motorcheck.ie it as well)
