Is there a new Sky call centre based in Cork?.
I got a call from an agent and they were offering deals.
These included the usual half price Sports or movies.

Thanks, good to know, I hadn't heard of it before.
I wasn't interested in the deal he was offering but I asked about HD and he said the box is gone down to E249.
    Was that a mistake?.

€249? I was nearly sure it was €299, unless he was offering you a good deal. I'm open to correction.

€249 is a much better price, though I think the main hurdle for Sky will still be the €15 per month levy for HD priviledges.

Does anyone have a direct phone number for the Cork centre rather than dealing with India/Scotland etc.

As you know yourself byte Direct Sky and Sky agents nearly always have different deals running at the same time.

You have to ring Sky direct first, then you are routed through to cork if from Ireland. Although this does not happen all the time.
