Miniphoto have them listed for €119. Not sure how that compares but I can recommend Miniphoto.

Don't see a fastpack 350 on the site but I bought a Lowepro Slingshot 300AW here for 78stg. Good service - goods delivered in four days.

The bag was recommended here and I'm pleased with it - need to fill it with more gear now!

Digging an ageing thread here... :D

So have anyone got this Fastpack 350? Are they any good in term of build, capacity, etc?

Thinking of getting one sooner or later. With Tamrac Velocity I have now, it could hardly fit any telephoto lens or flashguns, etc and it's beginning to heavy for a shoulder bag with stuffs in it.

Eeeks... it's only 2 months old. Should have thought for a bigger back then :(

I was looking through the forum for a bag and came across this thread. Nearly went ahead and bought Fpack 350 until I did a bit of looking around on the net. I found this lovely bag the CompuTrekker Plus AW. I was looking for something to hold a 17-85, 200, 70-200, 10-20, Speedlite, cables, cards, batteries, external harddrives, 17" laptop. Seems the perfect bag for it. Some good reviews up on amazon.com.

Priced at €199 + shipping from Miniphoto with next day delivery if they have it in stock.

I ordered from Gunns (+353 (0)1 4781226 - Cathy the bag specialist :P) for €160 - They'll have it in the next day. Shall let ya know how I get on with stuffing all my gear in there.

I got one from here, last March.

This guy on eBay works out about €125.

You'd want to check one out for size in a shop before buying, though. :)

Have the CompuTrekker AW and it is a very good backpack. It is bulky for day to day use though but for travelling through airports etc it is brilliant for holding you gear.

I bought it from www.7dayshop.com. At the time they trumped the Irish price by €50 but they are very slow to deliver (judging from the prices you got I don't think that difference is there anymore). They also only deliver to the credit card billing address which means I don't use them anymore.

I know Gandalf, it's so annoying when ya go to all the bother of robbing some poor shmuch, buy loads of stuff online and it gets delivered to them after all your hard work :p.

I'll be doing a fair bit of trekking with the gear in the next few weeks so it seems like a good bag to go for :)

Glad to hear you like it though!

if anyone's looking for a MONSTER backpack, I have a LowePro Vertex 300 AW for sale/swap on adverts.ie.

It's brand spanking new and extra to my requirements, so I'll consider any reasonable offers. Much more open to a swap than a cash sale, as my company paid for this and I don't really want cash for it. Would prefer something I can use with the other Canon camera gear we have at work. Details in the adverts thread.

went to Gunns today, unfortunately they don't have any stocks and none will come in until they are back from holidays. in desperate need for a new bag, so i got a fastpack 250 from Conns, the 350 is a bit too wide and excessive for my needs at the moment. well, we'll see how this one lasts... :D
