Where to get Guinness Special Export?

Just to be clear... not Guinness Forgeign Extra. The latter while okay, pales IMO compared to the former. I think it's the oldest recipe of guinness still in existence, brewed for John Martin and the belgian market.

Does anyone know if anywhere sells it? Can't seem to find it anywhere unfortunately.

Last place I saw it was Sweeney's in Glasnevin. The €3 price tag is nearly worth it, if it wasn't for the knowledge that it costs about a euro in a Belgian Spar.

    Cracking beer, though.

Absolutely fantastic offie, I'm not surprised it would be found in there.

You might also check out 'Jus De Vine' in Portmarnock, if they don't stock it they'll bend over backwards to get it for you.
