Trouble accessing email outside of work online....HELP!

    hi,

    i cant seem to access works web-based email account.....I cant get the page to load so i can login.....

    I've cleared the cache, refreshed loadza times.........just comes up saying google does not match any documents etc.

    i'm so fustrated.
    Help.

    BTW - i'm using MS Explorer.

    Should you be able to access it outside? Is it possible that it might be an internal only site? is anyone else able to access theirs outside of the office?

    Yeah, it's probably an internal site that can't be accessed externally. It might have an address like webmail.int.mycompany.com, but this doesn't mean it can be accessed from outside the company. Ask your IT gimps.

    You may need to setup a VPN connection to your work network .Ask your IT monkeys indeed!! :D
