Hey folks,
Was wondering can anyone help me. When ever i get a email with an attachment i cant open, i just keep getting a error msg saying something like the file can not be opened as it is not a supported file type or the file may be damaged or was not decoded properly by the sender.
Do i have to download a program or something to read the files?? Please excuse my ignorance but computers and me aren't on the same level, im still stuck in the sega mega drive age.lol. Its Vista on my comp if that makes a differance.

Save it to disk and tell us what file extension it is.
