There are lots of threads about CDWow, both here and in Online Buying & Auctions, perhaps you could post your beef with CDWow on one of them. A little more detail also wouldn't go astray.

I've always found them to be extremely hit and miss. Lately, more miss than hit, which is why I won't be using them again. I've said that before, but gave them one more try, much to my disappointment.
