Ceiling tiles, by the looks of it - You don't have a higher res pic by any chance?

It's possible to be a stuck pixel, rather than a dead'un.

If you're getting the spot in the same place n every picture it's a hot or dead pixel. You can run pixel mapping if you have it on your camera, if not, its off for repair...

Dust moves around, dead pixels stay where they are

its samsung s850 i'm not sure do i have pixel mapping ,yes its always in the same place:(
I have warranty so maybe i can give camera back(btw its Argos)
