Nah man, that's probably the best healthiest cheat day I've ever seen. Seems grand.

Ya could throw in a chicken fillet or three though!

what is the rest of your diet like, cause there doesn't seem to be alot there and if anything it may be on the side of under eating, so if you are worried about it being too much it seems that overall you may be severely under-eating the rest of the time.

That and even on a cheat day try and get some more protein into your diet

I stuck one I found up on the nutrition and diet forum (link). Made some lovely ones yesterday (I keep altering the recipe). Here's yesterdays recipe (which is a long way from the original):

    150g oats
    120g whey (60g vanilla, 60g unflavoured)
    300ml water

mix the above, leave to soak over night.
    blend in the morning.
    add two eggs.
    blend some more.
Cook on a medium heat with a smidge of butter on the pan (gives that nice golden brown look).

I got 18 american style pancakes out of that, which makes them around 70 calories each if I calculated correctly. The extra whey, leaving the oats soaking overnight and blending for a bit to get some air in really makes them very fluffy. Add some jam, butter, whatever on top and a mug of coffee = heaven.

You cheat day sounds better than my good days! Just watch portion sizes.

The pancakes are very flexible recipe wise, you can just look up any pancake recipie and sub in the oats for wheat flour. I liquidise mine up so the oats are not lumpy, you can get oat flour though. If you liquidise whey in the mix it fluffs up nicely. If you make them thick you can store them easily and pop them in a toaster to reheat.

I also make savoury ones, you can put curry powder in and onions to make onion bhaji type things, I dip them in hot curry sauce.

I also make "ryvita pizzas". I now just get a tube of tomato puree, double concentrate, I squeeze some on a ryvita and spread it on thin like butter or cream cheese. I used to use spag bol sauce, but it is too messy and runny. Then I sprinkle on low fat/high protein grated cheese, then microwave them for around 20 seconds until the cheese is melted. 3 ryvitas is only around 100kcal, they are very light.
