They do ship to Ireland. I bought 3 pairs of levi jeans for a total cost of €82, including P&P. Incredibly economical.

My package was untouched by customs. Check out entry 12 in below request thread for a quick analysis of other people's experiences.

Just spent 40 euros on kids runners in Clarkes on Thurs.

Today I got 4 pairs of kids runners (all Sketchers, New Balance, or LA Gear, one works trousers and shirt with tie for hubby for 100 euro including shipping.

    Happy Days :):):):)

(never got done for duty on JCP so far)

I ordered some kids clothes and 2 pairs of jeans from JCP a couple of weeks ago and I had to pay €60 to customs on Friday when it arrived. I was going to question it as most of it was kids clothes but it would have been more hassle than it was worth.
    It was still good value

Cheers Sue97, just got 2 shirts, pullover and pair of Docker pants for €70 incl. postage with the discount, great deal. Here's hoping I manage to squeeze through customs.

    Just a note.

I returned two tops recently and they changed them no problem.

They credited my cc for the amount and then charged it for the new items.
it's a way for them to track the goods.

But they charged me for the return shipping - 29$
not much but American Eagle don't charge.

Just make sure the size is correct.

My order arrived on Tuesday - no customs duty! :)

Everything was fine apart from one T shirt. Allegedly, its 'Large' - and has a 'Large' label. I ordered up an addidas shirt in 'Large' - and it was fine.

Probably could be classed as 'Large' in India - where it was made - but won't fit this Paddy. If it doesnt measure up to jcpenneys guideline (on their site for every item) for a 'Large' Size, do I have any comeback?

A shame as otherwise, i'm very pleased with the deal and ease of purchase...

American Eagle are charging for return shipping. They won't exchange international orders now. I paid over 16 Euro to ship the package over. Another 16 to ship it back thinking that they would pay for the return. I read on boards that they did for other people. I sent them a few emails but they were having none of it. I also got hit on the exchange rate when the credited my account. In total it cost me almost 40 Euro with nothing to show for it.

I ordered at the same time as you, but still no sign of them!
How long from when you recieved the dispatch info did you recieve your clothes?

I got a 22 digit tracking ref from their site but USPS & An post can't shed any light on the whereabouts of my clothes...

Just checked my account. Order date - 20th April. Confirmation of shipping - 25th April. got note for post offic for collection on either 1/2 of last week (ie. thurs/fri).
the tracking doesnt work for this as far as i can see..

*As regards my query in my post above, surely if they have given size guidelines and the item doesnt fit within the size range given, they should be liable for return and replacement costs???

Who handles delivery for JCP ?
Is it UPS/An Post or Fed Ex ?
I will never use Fed Ex again they charge customs on every bloody thing.
    Edit
I see it is USPS or UPS .

Yes, they do. The safest bet is always USPS
