I bought a memory stick on ebay. said it was high speed, didnt expect much. When i recieved it it turns out it takes about half an hour to do a Gig. i emailed the seller and told me reformat it , i did, still the same then he tells me to send it back to him and he will have a look at it. Should i have to pay for this postage considering it is his item is at fault ?

    p.s. postage is Hong Kong.

Yep, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Also if you are returning the item you should do so registered so it can be tracked online, otherwise it is your word against the sellers on whether they received it back. And that would cause problems should you need to file a claim with eBay or PayPal down the line.

Aye, as mentioned already, buyers are indeed responsible for postage costs but in the long run you'll get a the problem rectified.
