    I've come accross some adds which are written in poor English, others that make unrealistic claims, etc, but this has to be the best:
    This room,is beside Houseton station and the Phoenix park
    20 mins walk from City Centre,features include view of a wall
    small delicate and concrete very minimalist almost avant garde you may say,the flat comes with its own windows as standard
    with fully working walls,we have loads of plugs i mean they are eveywhere,em if you like germans thats a plus cause we have on of them too,so yeah anyone who answers this add who is neither hot nor cool as a baby Ewok,you know the little cuddly ones or who can't speak as much English to argue over the correct use of a light saber (the answer is making toast) don't bother.Oh bring some non-chocolate stuff over cause Lent and stuff.
