over the last few weeks i have been county hoppin for varies tournies and cash games, i found cash in dublin to be top notch but found the tourament structures lacked compared to blazing aces in waterford who are second to none no matter a low buy-in or large

Just wondering what peoples views are on this or where do the recommend??

lol.... So far the experiement seems to have worked just fine. I was a little worried we'd still have 85 people still in at this point with 345,800 BBs each :)
Mike assured me he had done the maths. Which didn't reassure me at all :)
I must say I thought he was bonkers but he's really a mad genius.... wonder how long it will be before this is the new structure around Ireland (like our 15k game... ooh meeow! :) )

OP, try Lukes for the 100 game. Or the Fitz for their 270 EOM. There are good structures out there (the SE also has some) but you have to look closely for them.

Defo Luke's in Dublin for the best value and structure

Blazing Aces only have 15-18min clocks for all their weekly games as far as im aware, the SE and Lukes have better structures

in blazeing aces its an 18 minute clock with a 9,000 starting stack for the lower buyins sun/mon/tues/thur and for wed/fri with a 25 miute clock and a 15,000 starting stack for the bigger buyins which is a great structure with loads of play and the final table is never a crap shoot which is what everyboby whats

Luke's EOM has a great structure. Better be prepared to be there till 8 AM the following day though!

Fitz EOM has a good structure too, as do the regular Monday and Friday night tournaments there.

We're probably going to modify the structure slightly to try to finish it around 4 or 5 at least, we've been messing with the regular Friday tournament structure and the new structure has seen it finish around 2 30 with loads of play, final table has started with average stack of around 30bbs.
