    Hi,
The current application we have is rubbish...custom designed and no documentation. It causes silly problems.

We are looking for a simple, functional web application that we can host here at head office.

All stores can then log in remotely via web.

Google is so full of rubbish. All I want is a nicely designed simple, intuitive interface that's designed with customer in mind.

You could use Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with a template for this kind of need, I am sure I have seen timesheets templates a little while ago.
    Both things are free.

    we use TimesheetPHP http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=33621

it hasn't been updated in a few years but have to say its very good. runs on PHP and MySQL. it does the basics well. we only have it internally.

I am sure it is good but I would rather not recommend an application's code that has not been updated in years, even if used internally only.
