Sequence to do workout in

    Hi,
    Ive just started doing weights again after 5 years and i wanted to find out what you think the best sequence to do weights in is. I was taught to do the push pull method ie bench press follwed by seatd pully row, shoulder extension then lat pull down etc. A few people up in the gym have being saying i should to my triceps after the bench press as the muscles have been warmed up. I might be wrong but i thought it was better to do compound exercises first.Thanks

    Do the exercises involving the most muscle first in your workout then move to the lesser ones
