Can somebody tell me who funded/published the glossy Charlesland Newsletter that all residents in all of the Charlesland developments received last Autumn? Was this funded by Zapi? The Management Companies? Or by the Residents associations?

wasn't it mainly promotional blurb for the new development? presumably Zapi in that case.

whats happening with that btw - is it still with the planners?

Yes it's being appealed at the moment. Not sure of how long it will take.

On another interesting note, I heard that Zapi and Pizarro are at loggerheads. Each objecting to the others proposed shopping centres in Bray and Charlesland....Anybody else hear more on this?

On the newsletter issue, is there a standard information letter for all residents of the development then?
