Does anyone know if any Irish ADSL ISPs are offering IPv6 yet?

Seems a few of them have addresses:

Eircom was offering IPv6 addresses to business customers who have a static ip two years or so back.

The site below suggests that residential customers can apply also.

That eircom concept looks excellent, although roos chandler sounds like a made up name!

So - if I get an IPv6 address range through eircom - is that range provider agnostic - can I use it with say BT?
