Beginners BJJ Course

    Hi folks,

    We have a beginners BJJ course running for 5 weeks starting this coming Monday (11th) at 6pm. I think I have 4 spaces left on it although I don't have the sign up sheet in front of me now.

    As the name suggests, it's for TOTAL beginners and no level of experience is required. As the name doesn't suggest, it's tremendous, so use BJJ responsibly.

    i fully endorse this product and/or service :)

    seriously though Barry just recently was awarded his blue belt from Matt Thornton which shows a strong understanding of the fundementals of BJJ and comes from an experienced coaching background - put those together and i'm sure you'll have an excellent BJJ beginners course!
