    Hmmm and I was chuffed with doing a muscle up on some rings! that video shows that you don't need equipment to work out, just do your squats with your brother on your back. Need to scale it? use your children and feed them a lot so you'll get stronger as they grow. That is seriously impressive.

    These guys are legends in the circus world. They don't practice their act anymore all they do is lift weights. When they have gigs they normally show up 20-15mins before they are meant to go on no matter when the actual call is, do a couple hundred press ups and then go on stage. Legends
