My experience has been that Currys have never been at the cutting edge in terms of pricing for TVs

If you compare prices for almost any mainstream brand & model (not one which is a special/last years model which they have acquired stock of through UK parent), my experience is that Powercity is the lowest bricks & mortar (around Dublin) you will get.

e.g. I have been comparing prices for a Sony 40V3000 & a 46V3000 for the last few weeks, & DID is about E200-300 more expensive for the same model, as is Currys & Hardley Normal.

Delighted if someone can prove me wrong !
