Unable to access website

    I cannot currently access this website - matrix.csustan.edu/Negativ/ - also known as SerpentX's Over The Edge Archive. I have been accessing the site trouble-free for the past year but suddenly no dice.
    The site contains an archive of previous editions of Over The Edge and Puzzling Evidence, two radio shows broadcast on KPFA, a radio station based in Berkeley, California. I'm thinking it may have something to do with copyright infringement but Negativland who produce Over The Edge don't believe in copyright so I presume it is not of their doing.
    If anyone could tell me why this is so I would be very grateful.

    Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
