I would guess 4GB, 4GB works in K800i and K850i (from my experience)

Im nearly sure if you look on the SE website there is table with a list of supported Maximum Memory cards the phone can take

sony site does not list any m200 but the m600 and w200i both support up to 2GB memory cards
