Remote record on sky+

    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone know if this is possible from Ireland? I tried signing up for it but when it came to a bit about entering the last 4 digits of the account the direct debit for sky came out of it wouldn't accept it even though I was using the correct details. It just kept saying that they couldn't match the digits with an account.

    I have remote recording working fine. Set it up ages ago. Don't think I needed to enter account details, just the viewing card number.

    I had to key in the last 5 digits of my credit card number, not 4. It works fine for me.
