    Does anyone know the waiting list time for holding a wedding in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone? :D

    for a saturday in the summer close to i would imagine 08 and 09 are gone at this stage. my wediding is later this year and we booked 1n sept 06 with most of the summer dates taken at that stage.

    if you can get a smaller wedding (110max)wineport lodge is great. it was our first choice but we couldn't get the number down.

    I heard the prices here were very good for the standard of venue, is this the case?

    I was 2nd shooting a wedding there a week ago and the place is fantastic, food very nice, staff were brill too

    You could always ask them about a weeknight. They are a lovely,lovely,lovely bunch of people.I was onto them about my own wedding but had to pull out due to distance.At no point were they rude or negative.Defo see about a thursday or Monday wedding.They're practically the weekend anywaY!
