    This has been asked before, by someone else, but it got no answers.

    Where can i buy some in this country ?? is it even legal in this country ??

    and failing that .. i was thinking of buying some online ! .. what are the chances of customs stopping a processing a single bottle of spirits


    Ive looked in a few duty frees, and had friends look in some duty frees as well.. but with no joy.. i've even mailed the celtic whiskey shop, and i'm awaiting a reply.

    B151 is usually only got in the US I think and in Oz (they are the places I have had it)

    If you order it online it depends where it comes from. I brought in a bottle of Hine Triomphe Cognac from France via mail and it was fine. Because it was EU it doesnt matter, importing from the US may be a different story and thats if they will even ship to you in the first place due to licencing laws etc etc etc

    Unfortunately not true.

    I have bought drink by post from another EU country and didn't get stung for excise, but I was lucky. Our friends at Revenue seem a bit fussier about such things these days.
