Was looking at buying a Linksys Wireless Router with SpeedBooster WRT54GS ver.6. I have BT broadband with a wired zyxel prestige 600 server. Just want to make sure this is suitable or could anyone forsee me having any problems with this.
    Thanks in advance.

No problem with it at all... just use the following settings...

    Mode - Routing
Encapsulation - PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet)
    Muliplex(ing) - LLC (LLC/SNAP)
    VPI - 8
    VCI - 35

Username - user@btbb (all small case)
Password - password (all small case)

These are for the modem, not the router though.

Yup, they are for any kind of modem / router that you use with BT (the ADSL side of things). The fact that it's a wireless router is not relavent, it simply needs to be connected to the Zyxel.

I would advise you look for a Linksys ADSL router because having a modem + router setup can cause problems and just be a pain.

Would the Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Gateway WAG54G be a good model to go for as it is an all in one modem router or can you recommend a better one?

I'm using the more recent WAG354G version of that with Smart, and it's extremely reliable and Linux based.

They're popular for a long time, and have reputation for dealing with bad lines better than most.
