    Just a quick line to let people know that Aldi are redoing their bird seed and other feeding stuff next sunday.

    the 12.75kg box of seed is €12.99 and the 50 ball bucket of fat balls is also €12.99.


    I have used both in the past and it is of good quality and the birds love it.

    They are also selling basic nesting boxes for €8.99, one is the standard Blue/Coal/Great tit box and the other is an open fronted box, perfect for Robins, Wrens and sometimes blackbirds.


    There is a wooden feeding table and a feeding stand too. There are some small books for identifying garden birds also, the Great Britain one being suitable for here.

    They've also got a spotting scope for €35.
    I'm sure it'd be grand for beginners like me I imagine.
