I'm not in the gym though I do pop over from time to time. Bring shorts, t-shirt and "anti-bad-joke cream" for when Paddy gets going

Great class though you won't regret it.

Bring a fiver for hand wraps too. They're not essential for your first class, but I'd highly recommend them. Hands are precious.

have wraps and some pads did some karate before when i was younger, tear come to eye!!

Ok wraps good t shirt good shorts a must- dont bring long pants and forget what you learned in karate- as you wont need it. Guys Have SBG changed address yet???
