Supplement advice please

    Hi all,

    I have been hitting the gym hard in the last month or so. My main objective is to build up all round. I am satisfied with my routine so far and see and feel
    positive effects.

    I have a wide and balanced diet and I'm eating like a horse, more so during the week when I do my four day split in the gym.

    I have decided to try Maximuscles Cyclone. I just bought the 1 12.5kg tub for the time being.

    Now to the questions:

    For what length of time should you use the product i.e a few weeks at a time? In my own mind it is something I'd like to use for a few weeks at a time every few months or so

    When you stop taking a supplement, do you lose some of the gains you have made?

    Any little info you may know would be a welcome help!

    How does the Cyclone taste/ what flavor did you get?

    I've experienced bad things with their protein.

    I have only ever got strawberry flavour in a supplement. Tastes alright with water. Its pretty horrible but nevertheless I can stomach it. Id say banana might be ok also. Im more concerned with the results!

    jayzus! stay well away from maximuscle! that stuff is everywhere is tastes like scat! Do yourself a favor and check out www.fitnessireland.com and get yourself some USN brand protein or whey protein. Trust me, you'll never look back! ^^ Plus it kicks the piss out of maxi muscle in the stats department too. oh and get some creatine and ZMA capsules too. You'll be deadlifting 200kg in no time!haha :D

    alternatively you could support a local Irish company and buy NutritionX products. You can get them on fitnessireland.ie irishlifting.com www.universalnutrition.ie/

    I've used the vanilla and chocolate big whey and prox and liked them. RAM is great as a PWS.
