Monitor colour settings question.

    Hi people,recently i hooked up mt gaming pc to the same hdtv im using with my 360.
    All looked nice but just not as crisp as my samsung 22" lcd.
    The problem is since ive switched back im struggling to get the colour settings to what they were.
    I find im going from the monitors controls to the nvidia colour settings bars.
    Im at it for over an hour and im still not happy.
    My question is ,should i use the nvidia control panel or just the monitors controls?

    My nvidia colour controls are always left at their defaults, if you can restore the defaults on the card, I'd say tweak the monitor... or at least see how the monitor handles any other devices... say hookup a laptop or something as a baseline comparison, to see which is further off, the monitor or the gfx card.
    I'd say tweaking both ends at the same time is a bit headwrecking.
