Buying ASUS Eee 4g?

    Hi Guys,

I want to get one of these bad boys, but where can I get one?! Elara, Dabs and Expansys don't have them in stock, and won't have them for another month. Are there any retail shops that are selling them in Dublin? Or any other website that'll ship to Ireland?

    Cheers,

    Alan

I bought an eeepc 4g of them and they were grand. They're expecting a shipment in the next week so you could get lucky.

As AC states above the LaptopShop did have them in stock but that was a week or two ago so I don't know what the story would be now though, worth taking a trip to see, Stephens Green one probably the handiest , at least they could phone the other store to find out stock levels for ya.

yh i looked at laptopsdirect, but there a tad pricey! 320€ for the comp, and then 20 quid delivery. Elara seem to be the best, as its only 308€, and you can collect from ParkWest (only 20 mins from me). Ill drop into the laptop shop tomorrow, but i cant really see them selling the Eee for less than 340 or so. At the mo i think ill hang on till elara gets more stock in, but eventually ill get impatient and fork out 350 odd just to get it immediately:P

    cheers
