I've used polishing compound (I think it is called) on mp3 player screen. Got rid of small scratches

I think i bought it in woodies

You'd want to test it out on something similar to the camera lcd first though

While it gets rid of scratches it might take any coating off the screen or leave a less reflective (maybe dull) surface
