    Hi

We have smart for a number of months and the line is bad enough. We've been told its likely the distance from the exchange - its a fairly large suburb of Galway and it would seem unusual (no - wait its Ireland) to have an entire estate like this so far from the exchange that the line speeds would be bad for everyone? What I mean is, if everyones lines were poor in one estate surely something would be done about it - would it not indicate a wider fault

So just wondering if any Smart users in the Ros Cam estate here have any issues - and if its working grand could u do me a huge favour and copy and paste your dsl stats from the modem.

Smart have said its the distance but if other users around here are grand, theres something up with our line - could be dodgy wiring?
