SFTP through a proxy

Is there a way to do this?

The network I'm behind this evening seems to have port 22 for SFTP shut off. I'm using WinSCP as my SFTP client.

Is there any way I could configure a SOCKS server on my local machine to get my SFTP connection out of the network?

    Thanks!

It looks like FireFTP supports SFTP and has an option to configure a proxy server.

ANn suggestions on how to configure a local proxy server to route through HTTP?

    Please!!
