Near Blackpool, dunno which company, an airlift is underway. The vessel was leaning at 60 degrees at one point! Barrrrrrrrrrrf. Mike.

Its a cargo ship with 23 onboard. Helicoptors are trying to rescue them now (Skynews). also on breaking news
