Does anyone know where it is on a map? Can anyone estimate the walk from Adamstown Castle or if you dont know where that is can you estimate the walk from the shopping centre place on the main road (not superquinn, the shopping centre nearer adamstown)?

    Cheers

can't help you i'm afraid, i checked out the dto walk and cycle journey planner and unfortunately it doesn't have either adamstown or phoenix park stations on it yet, but i did email them to let them know. once they have the stations added this link will help.

I don't have a map, but I'm sure the shopping centre you're referring to is Finnstown, shop, pub, hairdressers, pharmacy, credit union etc.

After you pass it (it will be on your left), take the next right into Adamstown, take the next left at the t-junction, then the next right, you'll see it at the end of this road on your left.

Never walked it, but to walk from finnstown shopping centre I'd imagine about a 15 min ramble.

Adamstown on Google Maps. On Yahoo Maps, with good satellite images.
I recommend Gmaps Pedometer for measuring distances.

give yourself 20 mins from Finnstown neighbourhood centre unless you're jogging to the station!
