    Hi all,

    In the spirit of the "New Year, New Me" posts that have been cropping up in the last while, I thought I'd offer up a few places on a beginner's course we have going in the gym next month. Basically, we get a lot of enquiries from people who are maybe a little intimidated about going straight into a mixed class and would prefer an easier introduction into what we do, so we've come up with a 5 week intro course designed for the absolute beginner.

    The course will start on Monday, February 11th at 6pm and run each Monday for 5 weeks until Monday 10th March. The cost is €50

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is excellent for fitness and is also a challenging sport that will keep you coming back for more, long after the course is finished. After completion you have the option of transfering into our other classes.

    If this course doesn't suit, we also accept beginners into our mixed ability classes all year round.
