Last night a security warning started flashing on my computer that there was spyware installed on my computer & it kept linking to a virus Protect website to download anti-trojan software, I performed the McAfee Virus Scan & it found no suspicious files but the warning keeps appearing & every time I go into Internet Explorer it warns that this malware steals passwords & to download software for this. Just before all this happened I signed up for a Master Password.

Does anyone have any clue about this please? Sorry I don't have the names of these I'm at work & not using the laptop (which is by Dell by the way)

Get Spybot - Search and Destroy, or Ad-Aware, both free and have helped me in the past! Dont know if they'll solve your problem though! Oh yeah and "Hijack This" is good.

    Do this

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
    • Close all other windows before proceeding.
    • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
    • If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not malicious.
    • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

I keep scanning with McAfee & AdAware & although they're picking up infections & I'm deleting them my whole laptop has slowed down please help!!
