Anybody know of any running events coming up in the Sligo area, looking for something to keep myself ticking over, nothing too serious. preferably around the 5-10K mark.

There's something coming up I'd say, because I saw literally scores of people all running up and down the cycle path on Ash Lane on Monday night. Ah, how I laughed as the rain came down and I swished by in my car:)
