Eurodollars trading. Information needed on Irish perspective

Hi guys, I'm currently undertaking a university project involving building a basic application for a group of Eurodollar traders. The App will sit on top of the technology these guys already run, we are hoping to build a "tool" to help them execute spreads in a more efficient manner basically.

What I'm looking for is info on who in Ireland might trade ED's on the CME, and is there a reliable source where I could get numbers of traders that do so? We are in the processes of developing a business plan for the college project and need to know if there would be interest in this product in Ireland. We are trying to get info on London/Chicago, basically pinning down the locations of our "target market" for the purposes of the project.

    Thanks for your help.

I presume your are talking about Eurodollar interest rate futures as opposed to the EUR/USD ccy. If so you are going to struggle to get a "group" of traders in Ireland just focussed on trading this one contract. The big bank's interest traders would trade these from time to time but would also be trading a lot of other contracts (bunds, shatz, bobl, euribors, short sterling etc) as well as probably doing some other stuff as part of their day job.
