No one on the list has cashed in a live 6 handed multi table tournament.

Betting markets for live tournaments are LOL. That said, I'd be outraged if you were priced longer than me.

That would be ok if it was won in the last 2 yrs.
it should be 350/1 at best

Not true, Lloyd has cashed in loads but never won one if my memory is correct.

I've just realised I havent played a tournament properly since the Stars WSOP supersat last June, thinking of playing the shorthanded, will play if theres a chance I might bring my C game or better.

What price someone from the north to win the shorthanded event?
CITYBANKER can you get a price. They win most big touranments in the south.
    Irish Open - Marty Smyth
    Waterford Open - Michael Trimby
EPT side event - George McKeever
SE - Autumn festival - Micheal Muldoon
PLO -Irish Open 400rebuy - 1st andy black 2nd Paul Leckey

And don't forget about Jay O Toole native of Belfast who won the Irish rankings

Not one touranment from the north of Ireland was a ranking event - Bangor's £150 monthly not ranked. Ballymena's £270 monthly no ranked. Banbridge club masters not ranked. I think if these touranments were ranking events the table would look abit different. - Watch this space, someone from the bridge club will win this week.

i agree that there is a high level of good players that hail from the north of ireland.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,071 ✭✭✭Jayminator

I also agree that the north has produced some very talented players. Mickey Muldoon ranking very highly on that list and thats probably about it. Paul Leckey too but has nt really figured in many tournys down south IMO and Michael Trimby very good too.

Joe Mc Ginley too but he is Donegal scum and part of the republic but still some accent though
